Our SMSF Services
At Wholistic Financial Solutions we offer a unique process whereby you meet with your Auditor during the year to discuss your Fund. We believe that there is more to the role of Auditing than simply a cross check at the end of the year. Your Auditor needs to ensure your fund is compliant with all aspects of the law so it is far more beneficial for your Auditor to meet with you and discuss your fund BEFORE the fund administration is complete. Your Auditor will the instruct the SMSF Administrators and SMSF Financial Planners as to the needs and requirements of your fund and then double check the financial statements at year end to ensure the fund has been correctly administered. Your Auditor should also be available for ad hoc discussions during the course of the year if any new issues arise.

SMSF Administration Services - $2500**(plus GST)
§ Annual Member & Trustee Reporting including Member Statements, Minutes & correspondence, filing of Investment Statements
§ Maintenance of Member accounts tracking component position & benefit payment documentation
§ Calculation of allowable pension levels for allocated pension
§ Annual Fund Financial Statements preparation & lodgement
§ Preparation & lodgement of GST & Tax returns for the Fund
§ Facilitation of Actuarial Certificate (Actuarial fees additional)
§ Production of Group Certificates for benefit recipients
§ One annual meeting to review the annual statements
§ Preparation and review of Investment Strategy
** This price is for funds up to $500,000 who do not regularly conduct share or option trading or any other transaction intensive investment strategy.
SMSF Audit and Review Services
Annual Audit Fees are dependent on Fund Size
0 - 500,0000 = $250
500,000 - 1,000,000 = $450
1,000,0000 = negotiable
These prices include email and phone contact. Where a pre-Audit review is requested this will be charged at $250.
SMSF Financial Planning - Fee for service
At Wholistic Financial Solutions we believe strongly in the fee for service model so that you can rest assured that we are giving you the best advice or strategy for your needs and not the best advice or strategy for our commission. We quote all jobs up front and rebate any commission received back to you. The average financial plan will cost between $1200 and $2500 depending on the number of issues you wish us to consider.
SMSF Property Planning - Fee for service or commission - your choice.
Our related entities Wholistic Property Solutions and The Property Detective are able to offer you a broad range of property investment services. We can provide independent property investment advice and can take this advice all the way through to actually finding you the best property for your needs and arranging the finance to assist with the purchase. We have access to a large range of stock, from a large range of developers and real estate agents all across Australia. We keep up to date with the Property market and are always on top of the upcoming hot spots for property investing. Better still, you can choose to use our services by way of fee for service or commission based. If you are interested in purchasing a property from one of panel of developers we will find you a suitable property free of charge. If you want us to search for a specific style of property that we do not have on our panel of developers we charge a flat base of $5500 to hunt down your property for you. But here's the bonus! If we have a conjunction or commission paid to us we will forward it on to you the client! So if you pay us $5500 finder's fee and we are in line to receive a commission for that property, let's say for example $3000. We will forward that on to you. So in the end $2000 is all you need to invest to ensure we find the right property for your strategy!
Our fees and charges are as follows:
SMSF Property Portfolio Plan: $750 plus GST
Is our recommended strategy detailing how much you can borrow to buy a property, which bank we recommend you borrow from, how much it will cost you per week to hold the property and more
SMSF Statement of Investment Property Advice: $2500 plus GST
Is a more detailed recommended strategy where we will analyze different areas in Australia and different properties available for sale and give a full summary of where we recommend you buy, what sort of property and why. Complete detail of the economic, demographic, infrastructure, and other reasons why you should buy in certain areas. It also includes the SMSF Property Portfolio Plan.
Buyers Agency Finder's Fee: - Free or $7700
As mentioned above, you can choose to enlist our buyer's agent to find you the best property for your strategy in our pool of developers there is no fee. Or you can choose to pay us a flat finder's fee of $5000 (plus GST) and we will refund any commission received on the property. In either case, the service includes;
- Finding you the best property for your needs,
- Negotiating the sales price
- Arranging the contracts
- Liaising with the broker and solicitor all the way through to settlement
- Arranging a depreciation report
- Plus more.
